Super Mario Bros. 2:Lost Levels

Super Mario Bros. 2: Lost Levels

In 1988 Nintendo created Super Mario Bros. 2; Lost Levels but replaced this game with Super Mario Bros. 2. Should Nintendo have replaced it?

In this game Mario plays the same role as in the first accept the levels are different and the death-shroom was add it the mix. Unlike the Super Mario Bros.2, Mario and Luigi are the only playable characters and the classic enemies return as well as the item blocks. The graphics between Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 2:Lost Level, are very similar, however the background is a little different. Another similarity between the two is the level designs and secret rooms. The controls also stay the same throughout the Mario Bros Series. The music holds the same charm during game play and the story also is the same. The length is eight worlds but the game saves itself between worlds. Bowser also rules the fourth level in each world with the original bridge battle. The difficulty though is much harder that the first and can be hard for inexperienced players. Overall, I found this game to be the real Super Mario Bros. 2 because this game adds to the original but keeps it great!
